2-PERSON TEAM needed for Large mobile home park in
Georgia
INSIDE PERSON: Responsible for Home sales/Leasing and
rentals. Collection of rents, preparation of bank deposits, posting
violation notices, answering phones, responding to complaints,
working with venders, cleaning of office and ALL other
miscellaneous duties as needed. MUST have computer or data
entry experience. Experience with Rent Manager a plus.
OUTSIDE PERSON: Responsible for ALL types of maintenance,
home repair and remodeling, plumbing,electrcal and
landscaping associated with a large property. Sales and Showing
available homes. Experience preferred for both applicants.
References required.
FULL TIME MONDAY thru FRIDAY. Salary -Negotiable
based on experience. BENEFITS INCLUDE: housing (moble
home), utilities, 50/50 telephone & cable allowance, 70/30health
insurance.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, INSURANCE &
SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. NO FELONIES
